Job Description
Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software* Record and process daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries* Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and purchase orders* Handle bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis* Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports* Track accounts payable and accounts receivable* Maintain records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances* Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits* Manage petty cash and maintain cash flow records
Skills* Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime or similar accounting software* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances* Strong numerical and analytical skills* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities* Good written and verbal communication skills* High level of integrity and attention to detail
