Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collections Team Lead to manage and drive our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, leading a team of collection executives, ensuring recovery targets are met, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets
- Monitor daily collection performance and provide regular feedback
- Handle escalated cases and high-value accounts
- Ensure proper follow-ups through calls and field visits (if required)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Maintain compliance with company and legal guidelines
