Sales Officers have to ensure that all the columns in Test Drive

Experience Form are filled by the customers.

Documents required for finance (profile-wise) and registration

should be explained and given in printed form to all customer during order

booking stage

Sales Officer has to attach the duly filled Commitment Checklist along with the order booking form.

Customer should be educated on documents required for finance

and registration much before order booking and it should be ensured to

collect those during order booking stage

Sales officer should definitely try and confirm delivery

schedule for N-1 day with Delivery In-charge

Sales Officer Have to inform Exact Delivery Time to customer after the

process is completed.

Sales Officer should effectively utilize the 45 minutes to

explain vehicle features owners manual

and other important documents to customers

Sales Officer MUST explain the vehicle features completely to

all customers
