🧑💼 Job Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth.
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Handle client meetings and explain project details
- Convert prospects into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
- Attend site visits and client follow-ups
- 🎓 Eligibility:Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)
