Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate and manage GST-compliant invoices for clients and process vendor bills.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and assist in filing GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and TCS returns.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and ledger reports.
• Expense Management: Verify and process employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.
• Audit Support: Maintain clean and organized financial records to support internal and external audits.
• Skills and QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an accountant (experience with a similar company profile is a plus).
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
• Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST regulations, and TDS.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
