Job Summary:
Care Health Insurance Limited is hiring experienced candidates for the role of Agency Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive health insurance sales and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.
Train and motivate agents to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong customer and agent relationships.
Generate leads and support business growth.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1+ year required
Industry Preferred: Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales
Basic English required
Both male and female candidates can apply
