RESPONSIBILITIES ;
.AGENT RECRUITMENTS & DRIVING FROM AGENT SALES
.Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support
.Resolve customer complaints bought to your attention
.Create polices & procedures
.Plan the training & standartization of service delivery
.Manage inbound & outbond customer calls in a timely manager
.Identify customer needs and wants ,clarifying information whenever possible
.conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to them
.gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support
.maintain a pleasant working environment to your team
