Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage collections and recovery operations. The candidate will lead telecalling and field teams, ensure target achievement, and maintain professional client coordination.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily collections/recovery operations
- Lead telecallers and field executives effectively
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Train and guide new employees
- Handle escalations and customer issues professionally
- Prepare daily MIS and recovery reports
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and clients
- Ensure compliance with recovery process guidelines
- Required SkillsTeam handling and leadership skills
- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi & Basic English)
- Knowledge of collections/recovery process preferred
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
- EligibilityAny Graduate / Intermediate
- 1–3 years experience in collections, telecalling, or team handling preferred
