Experienced Tax Reviewer – U.S. Taxation (3–4 Years’ Experience)

We are looking for an experienced U.S. Tax Reviewer to review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of U.S. individual and business tax returns. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of U.S. taxation, excellent review skills, and the ability to guide tax preparers while meeting client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review U.S. federal and state tax returns, including Form 1040 and related schedules.
• Perform detailed reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Identify errors, provide feedback, and support tax preparers with necessary corrections.
• Resolve complex tax issues and assist team members with technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and timely delivery of tax returns.
• Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax laws and industry practices.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with clients and address tax-related concerns when required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and review.
• Strong knowledge of individual taxation, Form 1040, and related tax forms.
• Good understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Indian taxation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
