• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers can apply for F&B Associate roles.
• 1–3 years of hospitality, restaurant, café, or food service experience preferred for F&B Executive roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
