Fabrication & Mechanical Workforce Hiring – Fitters, Welders, Helpers, Riggers

Open Positions: We are hiring experienced manpower for an ongoing fabrication project at Cherlapalli , Hyderabad

• Required Manpower: 1 Supervisor
• 4 Fitters
• 4 Welders
• 2 Riggers
• 3 Helpers

Total Requirement: 14 Members

Job Responsibilities : Supervisor- 1

• Handle day-to-day fabrication site activities
• Coordinate manpower and work allocation
• Ensure work completion as per safety and quality standards
• Report daily progress to management/site team

Fitters- 4 Employees. Read fabrication drawings and perform fitting activities

• Assembly and alignment of structural/mechanical components
• Coordinate with welders for fabrication work

Welders - 4 Employees

• Perform Arc/MIG welding as per project requirement
• Ensure welding quality and finishing standards
• Follow safety procedures during welding operations

Riggers: 2 employees

Handle loading, shifting, lifting and rigging activities

• Assist crane/material movement operations safely
• Ensure proper usage of lifting tools and equipment

Helpers: 3 Employees.

• Support fabrication team in daily work activities
• Assist fitters, welders and riggers at site
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and material handling
• Eligibility: Relevant fabrication/site experience preferred
• Industrial project experience is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Work Conditions - 8 Hours Duty (Fixed Salary Basis)
• Sunday Holiday
• Accommodation, Food & Transportation will be provided by company
• Deployment on Priority Basis
