Job Description: Jr. HR ExecutivePosition: Junior HR Executive

Qualification: MBA in HR / BBA / Any Graduate with HR interestKey

Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end hiring process - job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidatesOnboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction for new employees.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee database, attendance, leave records in HRMSPayroll Support: Assist with attendance compilation, leave tracking, and coordinate with finance for payroll processing.

Employee Engagement: Support in organizing events, festivals, birthday celebrations, and engagement activitiesHR Operations: Manage employee queries, ID cards, offer letters, experience letters, and other HR documents

Compliance: Help maintain statutory compliance files like PF, ESI, labor law registersExit Process: Support with resignation formalities, exit interviews, and full & final settlement docs.

Required Skills:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, TeluguBasic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS toolsFriendly attitude and ability to handle employee queriesWillingness to learn HR processes and labor lawsStrong organizational and documentation skills.
