Retail Sales Executive
LOCATION - Secunderabad
EXPERIENCE - Fresher – 3 Yrs
SALARY - ₹18,000–20,000 + Incentives
DOCUMENTS - Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Address Proof.
DIPS Decor & Linen — a growing textile retail brand in home furnishings (bedsheets, dohars, quilts, comforters, bedcovers, table linen, cushions & home décor) — is looking for a confident, customer-friendly Retail Sales Executive to join our Retail Linen Business team and support and execute our exhibitions across Hyderabad.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements to recommend the right products.
● Explain fabric, thread count, GSM, sizes and care instructions confidently.
● Upsell & cross-sell to grow bill value; handle billing (cash/UPI/card) accurately. Packing of Parcels and booking on courier platforms for despatch.
● Keep displays, shelves and price tags neat, stocked and attractively merchandised in store as well as during exhibitions in Hyserabad.
● Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
● Support store and exhibition operations — stock handling, loading and unloading, stall setup and packing during events at Hyderabad convention halls.
- Assist in Photo shoot of products.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline; retail management certification is a plus.
● 1–3 years in textile, apparel, home furnishing or retail sales preferred — enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome too.
● Comfortable with POS billing, digital payments (UPI/cards) and basic MS Office / WhatsApp Business.
● Willing to work weekends, festive seasons and exhibitions.

📍 PREFERRED LOCATIONCandidates residing near Secunderabad – Dairy Farm Road, Alwal or Sainik Puri, or within an 8–10 km radius of Dairy Farm Road, will be preferred.
