Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our premium women’s apparel store. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C retail experience, a keen eye for fashion, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement, promotions, and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience aligned with the brand standards.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized styling advice.
  • Drive sales through proactive customer interaction and relationship building.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of women’s apparel, including trends, fabrics, fits, and styling.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
  • Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Track sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and buying behavior.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2C retail sales experience, preferably in premium or luxury women’s apparel.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good understanding of fashion trends, styling, and customer preferences in women’s wear.
  • Ability to plan and execute sales through promotions, in-store events, and campaigns.
  • Sales planning and forecasting skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in women’s apparel retail (premium/luxury segment preferred)
  • Experience in handling promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches
  • Background in fashion retail or styling is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Hindi, basic understanding of English communication.

  • Achievement of individual sales targets.
  • Conversion rate (walk-ins to purchases).
  • Average bill value (ABV) and units per transaction (UPT).
  • Customer retention and repeat business.
  • Effectiveness of promotional and campaign execution.
