Sales Support Engineer

Sales Support Engineer with a background in EEE/ECE. This role serves as the backbone of our sales process, ensuring that our clients receive accurate technical quotations and that our sales team is supported by efficient documentation and data management.

Role & Responsibilities

Technical Documentation: Prepare and format professional quotations, tenders, and technical proposals for Fluke instruments.

Inquiry Management: Review incoming customer inquiries to ensure the technical specifications align with the appropriate Fluke product models.

Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, price lists, and customer records using MS Excel.

Sales Correspondence: Draft professional emails and business letters with high accuracy and speed.

Coordination: Act as a liaison between the field sales team and the logistics department to track order status and delivery timelines.

Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly sales support reports to help management track KPIs

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

Technical & Software Skills

MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, (formatting, data entry) and MS Word (Layout design, professional styling).

Typing Speed: High-speed, error-free typing to handle documentation workloads
