Job Description
Job Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of matrimony services, handling client queries, and leading the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support registered clients throughout their service journey.
- Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles.
- Monitor follow-ups, profile shortlisting, and service delivery.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide and supervise the service team.
- Maintain client satisfaction and achieve service targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or matrimony services is preferred.
