Job Description

  • Planning & Instruction: Creating lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, preparing materials, and delivering engaging instruction.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining grade records.
  • Classroom Management: Ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
  • Student Support & Differentiation: Supporting individual student needs, including struggling learners or those with specialized education plans (IEPs).
  • Communication: Meeting with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and collaborating with colleagues, administration, and staff.
  • Professional Development: Attending training, workshops, and seminars to improve pedagogical skills.
