Job Description

Job Title: Tele caller

Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
  • Explain company services and offers to customers
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending cases/payments
  • Maintain customer records and daily call reports
  • Coordinate with team leaders and management
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers professionally
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM

Salary: Based on experience + incentives
