Telesales Executive

🔹 Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly

Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

🔹 Sales & Lead Management

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling or databases

Follow up on previous interactions and nurture prospects

Update customer details and sales activity in CRM systems

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

🔹 Communication & Customer Handling

Build rapport with customers over phone conversations

Handle objections and negotiate to close deals

Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally

Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style

🔹 Administrative Tasks

Prepare daily call reports and performance summaries

Keep records of sales, feedback, and market trends

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, etc.)

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
