Accounts & Billing Executive (Male/Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Male/Female candidate for handling company accounts and billing operations.
Responsibilities:
• Billing & invoice preparation
• Quotation making & follow-up
• Challan creation and documentation
• Purchase & sales entry management
• Basic accounting and record keeping in Miracle Software
• Payment follow-up & coordination
• GST/basic Excel work
• Maintaining office documents and reports
• Coordination with clients and staff for account-related work
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Miracle Software & Excel
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented candidate preferred
Documents Required:
All documents should be brought along at the time of interview.
