Customer Support & Order Management Executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring a female candidate for handling our Amazon seller account operations, website handling, and international customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Customer calls & message handling
• Amazon order management & tracking
• Website handling & basic website updates
• Billing & invoice checking
• Return/replacement request handling
• Customer complaint resolution
• Dispatch & courier coordination
• International client & customer handling
• Email communication with customers
• Basic Excel & computer work
• Coordination with warehouse & support team
Requirements:
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Ability to handle international customers professionally
• Responsible, active & quick learner nature
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email & website handling
• Amazon/E-commerce experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Shapar, Rajkot
Salary: Based on interview & experience
