Job Description


  • 🔹 1. Recruitment & StaffingHiring workers (skilled, unskilled, technical staff, supervisors).
  • Conducting interviews and trade tests.
  • Managing manpower planning (shift planning, overtime control).
  • 🔹 2. Attendance & Payroll ManagementDaily attendance tracking (biometric/manual).
  • Maintaining records for wages, leaves, and overtime.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
  • 🔹 3. Statutory ComplianceMaintaining compliance with labour laws:

  • Provident Fund (PF)
  • Employee State Insurance (ESI)
  • Factories Act
  • Minimum Wages Act
  • Liaising with government bodies and preparing audit reports.
  • 🔹 4. Employee RelationsHandling grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Creating a positive work culture.
  • Preventing and addressing conflicts among workers.
  • 🔹 5. Training & DevelopmentOrganizing safety training and skill development workshops.
  • Induction for new workers.
  • Ensuring workers understand SOPs and quality standards.
  • 🔹 6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Coordinating with safety officers for drills and compliance.
  • Maintaining records of accidents and reporting them.
  • 🔹 7. HR AdministrationMaintaining employee records (files, ID cards, medical reports).
  • Issuing offer letters, warning letters, termination letters.
  • Handling exit formalities and full & final settlement.
  • 🔹 8. Industrial Relations (if applicable)Dealing with trade unions.
  • Participating in wage negotiations.
  • Ensuring peaceful working environment.
