Steelonex Equipments Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Service Engineer. The role involves installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment at client locations. The first 3 months will be field-based to understand customer requirements and operational processes.

🛠️ Skills Required:

🔹 Basic Knowledge of Electrical / Refrigeration Systems (preferred)

🔹 Good Customer Handling and Communication Skills

🔹 Technical Troubleshooting

🔹 Problem-Solving Skills

🔹 Planning and Time Management

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Handle installation and commissioning at customer locations

🛠️ Attend and resolve service complaints promptly

📞 Provide technical support and troubleshooting

📅 Plan and schedule service and installation visits

📋 Maintain service records and reports

🤝 Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interaction

🔄 Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and support

⏰ Be available for after-duty calls if required

📍 Training & Field Exposure:

🚗 First 3 months will be a field job to understand client requirements

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Fixed: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 (as per experience & skills)
