Responsibilities


* Recruit, train, and activate life insurance advisors/agents

* Motivate and guide them to sell HDFC Life products to customers

* Help agents achieve their monthly & annual sales targets

* Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

* Monitor field activity and ensure agent productivity

* Build a strong long-term sales team for sustainable performance.
