Designation: Dispatch Supervisor

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to handle and monitor daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch activities and support team (helpers/executives) 

Plan dispatch schedules based on orders and delivery timelines 

Ensure proper picking, packing, and loading of materials 

Verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents 

Coordinate with transporters and warehouse team 

Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries 

Handle basic dispatch issues and escalate when required 

Maintain dispatch records and reports 

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards 

Requirements:

Graduate / 12th pass 

1–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse 

Basic knowledge of dispatch processes and documentation 

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP preferred) 

Good coordination and communication skills 

Preferred:

Experience in dairy / FMCG / food industry
