Job Description

Role Summary

Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, quality, and manpower to support operational efficiency and management decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (production, downtime, wastage, targets vs. actuals)


* Collect and maintain data on production, inventory, sales, quality, and manpower


* Monitor production performance, track KPIs, and perform variance analysis


* Ensure data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)


* Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, quality, and finance departments


* Maintain databases, dashboards, and automated reports


* Support audits and compliance by providing accurate records


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, or related field


* 2–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting (manufacturing preferred)


* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)


* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems


* Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and communication skill
