Hotel Midtown & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Manager to handle day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance)

Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally

Supervise staff, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers

Monitor room availability, bookings, and daily reports

Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards

Control operational costs and prevent revenue leakage

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and SOPs

Support management in improving occupancy and service quality

Requirements:

Experience in hotel or hospitality operations preferred

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage staff and handle pressure situations

Basic computer knowledge (reports, WhatsApp, bookings)

Honest, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude

Salary:

As per experience (Negotiable)
