Inventory Management Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase & Store Executive to manage procurement activities, inventory control, store operations, vendor coordination, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted availability of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts required for smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward transactions.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, challans, and other related documents.
• Conduct vendor follow-ups and resolve material delivery issues.
• Update inventory reports and stock records regularly.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Accounts, and Store departments.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and purchase documents to Accounts.
• Monitor pending orders and provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all purchase and store records.
• Support management in material planning and inventory optimization.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.
