About the Role

We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and professionally committed Medical Representatives for the Sitapur District territory. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, generating prescriptions, maintaining strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Laharpur
• Biswa
• Reusa
• Mahmoodabad
• Mishrikh
• Khairabad
• Nearby rural and semi-urban areas of Sitapur District

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company pharmaceutical products to Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists.
• Conduct regular field visits and daily doctor calls within the assigned territory.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure product availability across the assigned market.
• Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and product promotion activities.
• Submit daily activity reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the reporting manager.
• Maintain company discipline, reporting standards, and ethical business practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma Sales / Medical Representative profile.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Sitapur territory and local pharmaceutical market preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and prescription generation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas.
• Only local candidates from Sitapur or nearby districts will be considered.
• Candidates willing to relocate will not be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from pharmaceutical or healthcare sales background preferred.
• Strong local market experience in Sitapur territory and nearby areas preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
