Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with tax filings. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities: Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Invoicing & Collections: Generate, send, and follow up on customer invoices; process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the senior accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Expense Management: Review and process employee expense claims and petty cash disbursements.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Required Qualifications & Skills Category Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).Experience1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.SoftwareProficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Zoho Books).Technical KnowledgeSolid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax regulations.Soft SkillsHigh attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
