Field Sales Executive

Urgent Hiring | Field Sales Executive | Pharma Distribution | Solan

We are hiring urgently for the position of Field Sales Executive for our pharma distribution business in Solan. The candidate will be responsible for visiting chemists, pharmacies, clinics and other market accounts, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with distributors/stockists, and ensuring timely delivery and market coverage in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily field visits to chemists, pharmacies, and clinics in Solan and assigned areas

- Order collection, follow-up, and ensuring product availability at retail counters

- Coordinating with distributors/stockists for timely delivery

- Payment follow-up and outstanding collection

- Reporting daily market feedback and sales activity

- Expanding market coverage and building new customer relationships

Requirements:

- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler (bike); own vehicle preferred

- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred

- Local knowledge of Solan market is an advantage

- Prior experience in pharma sales, MR role, or field sales preferred

- Freshers with strong field confidence may also apply
