Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 Process Managers. Set team goals, KPIs, and performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Develop and implement business growth strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Support contract negotiations and business expansion initiatives. Process & Operations Management Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Analyze process performance and implement corrective actions when required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary escalation point for key clients. Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and service issues. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present weekly and monthly business reports. Track team performance, project progress, and revenue targets. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Operations Management, or Team Leadership. Experience managing multiple team members and operational processes. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. Preferred Skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in client handling and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Team productivity and performance. Revenue growth and business acquisition. Client satisfaction and retention. Process efficiency improvements. Achievement of departmental goals and targets.
