At Akal Information Systems Ltd. (https://akalinfosys.com), we deliver workforce management and technology solutions across industries. We are expanding our team for our HRMS product, TankhaPay (https://tankhapay.com), a platform focused on payroll, compliance, and employee management solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals from the Manpower / HR industry to expand our channel partner network. The role focuses on onboarding, managing, and scaling partnerships to drive business growth in staffing and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners (consultants, agencies, vendors) in assigned regions
• Drive business growth through partner network expansion
• Build strong relationships with existing manpower agencies and HR service providers
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track partner performance and drive revenue targets
• Conduct regular partner meetings, training, and engagement activities
• Stay updated on local market trends in staffing and recruitment

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: Experience in Manpower / Staffing / HR Industry
• 2–6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development
• Strong network in local manpower or recruitment ecosystem preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or HR service companies
• Existing connections with industrial clients, factories, or workforce suppliers
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
