Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: 32XV+CFC Barhi Industrial , Sonipat , Haryana,

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team at Sonipat, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Maintain customer database and records
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets
  • Provide accurate information about products/services

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to convince and negotiate
  • Positive attitude and target-driven approach
