Front-end Developer (React.js)

Job summary:

We are looking for frontend developer to design and develop intuitive, responsive and high performance user interfaces for our ERP platform. The ideal candidate should have string expertise in React(jsx), Javascript, HTML, CSS and REST API integration with the ability to build scalable web application for modules such as Inventory, Billing, Payroll, HR and project Management while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using React (JSX).
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready web applications.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain frontend coding standards.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs efficiently.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure adequate unit testing and maintain application quality.

Additional Responsibilities (if, any):

• Support junior developers through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Assist the Team Lead in frontend architecture discussions and UI planning.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required skills: (mandatory)

• Strong experience in React JS (JSX).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Knowledge of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of clean code principles and UI best practices.

Preferred skill: (Good to have)

• Experience working on ERP or enterprise web applications.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Basic understanding of Java/Spring Boot backend architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
