Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, purchase accounting, GST compliance, and ERP data entry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software/ERP systems and be capable of handling purchase transactions from GRN to invoice booking while ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify Purchase Invoices in ERP.
- Match Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Track pending invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Ensure proper accounting of freight, loading, unloading, and other purchase-related expenses.
