Job SummaryA PLC Machine Operator in an AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks manufacturing plant is responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling PLC-based automated machinery used in the production process. The operator ensures efficient machine performance, product quality, and safe plant operations throughout batching, mixing, cutting, autoclaving, and packing processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor PLC-controlled AAC block manufacturing machines.
• Control and adjust machine parameters through HMI/PLC systems.
• Monitor batching, mixing, molding, cutting, and autoclave operations.
• Ensure continuous production flow and minimize machine downtime.
• Check product quality, dimensions, and density of AAC blocks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of PLC and machine-related issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams.
• Record production data, machine readings, and operational reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work area.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of PLC systems and automated industrial machinery.
• Understanding of AAC block manufacturing process.
• Ability to read machine parameters and control panel indicators.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to quality and production efficiency.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• QualificationsDiploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field preferred.
• Experience operating PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems is an advantage.
• Experience in AAC blocks, cement, or construction material industry preferred.
