Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels

Conduct daily meetings with prospective clients

Follow up consistently on generated leads

Present and promote products/services to both existing and potential customers

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services

Build rapport with customers to drive effective sales

Gain in-depth knowledge of the market and customer requirements

Contribute to aggressive sales planning and identify expansion opportunities

Plan and coordinate participation in industrial exhibitions and trade shows annually

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in English and the local language

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Strong presentation and communication skills

Confident, professional, and soft-spoken demeanor

Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills

Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections or complaints

Persistent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

Patient and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection
