Job Description

We are hiring 2 Female CRM Executives to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth communication with clients. Preference will be given to married candidates, however, unmarried candidates are also welcome to apply.


Job Details:

  • Number of Openings: 2
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years
  • Location: Bhestan, Surat
  • Job Timing:
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM OR
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Education:
  • Minimum: 12th Pass
  • Preferred: Any Graduate 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and support
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports of calls and follow-ups


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Pleasant and customer-friendly attitude
  • A sweet and clear speaking voice will be an added advantage
