Job Description
- Job Description – Telecaller Executive
- Company Name : ANK Solar Energy
- Location : 301, 3rd Floor, Western Arena, Green City Road, Near Madhuvan Circle, Pal, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat – 395009, India
- Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Job Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain call records and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
- Required Skills :
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally.
