Patron Management Services is Hiring!
We are seeking passionate candidates with excellent verbal English communication skills for the following open positions:
- Customer Support Executive
- Sales Support Executive
- Business Development Executive
- Data Processor
- Photoshop Executive
Timing 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive handling the UK process, your role is crucial in managing the client's customer lifecycle
Sales & Service Support: Professionally handle inbound/outbound interactions, focusing on initial inquiries, order processing, and providing consultative product information.
Post-Purchase Care: Manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product-use guidance to increase customer loyalty.
Returns Management: Efficiently manage the returns process, including processing Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs), coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Freshers with a strong command of English are encouraged to apply.
