An eCommerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart) is a role focused on managing product listings, optimizing visibility, and driving sales on major marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and upload product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
  • Ensure listings follow platform guidelines
  • Manage variations (size, color, etc.)

2. SEO & Content Optimization

  • Keyword research for Amazon/Flipkart search
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, backend keywords
  • Improve product ranking and visibility

3. Inventory & Order Management

  • Track stock levels (FBA or seller warehouse)
  • Coordinate with logistics teams
  • Handle order processing and returns

4. Advertising & Promotions

  • Run ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)
  • Plan deals, discounts, and campaigns (Big Billion Days, etc.)
  • Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns

5. Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales reports, conversion rates
  • Identify underperforming listings
  • Improve pricing and strategy

6. Customer Management
