Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Meta Business Suite, creating product catalogs, running campaigns, managing customer inquiries, and improving online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop.
  • Create and optimize product listings, catalogs, and collections.
  • Handle Meta Business Suite and Commerce Manager.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for product promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Monitor inventory and update product availability on Meta platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta features, trends, and e-commerce best
