Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Head of Content Creation to lead our content strategy and creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing engaging content across social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communication.

The candidate should be able to combine creativity, storytelling, strategy, and leadership to build a strong and consistent brand presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Lead and manage the content creation team, including content writers, graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and social media professionals.
• Plan and manage monthly/quarterly content calendars across social media and digital platforms.
• Create and oversee high-quality reels, videos, photoshoots, graphics, blogs, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business teams to understand content requirements.
• Monitor social media trends, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
• Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Track content performance using relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, views, leads, and conversions.
• Use analytics and audience insights to continuously improve content strategy.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, photographers, and production teams whenever required.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging platforms, content formats, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, media, branding, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Good knowledge of video content, reels, photography, graphic design, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
