Interior Designer

An interior designer plans, researches, and manages projects to create safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing indoor spaces. They determine client needs, create sketches and 3D renderings, select materials, oversee budgets and timelines, and coordinate with contractors for installation. Key skills include proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D rendering), creativity, and strong communication

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Conceptualization: Determining goals, requirements, and budget for the space.
• Design Development: Sketching preliminary plans, creating mood boards, and developing final designs, including lighting, furniture, and color palettes.
• Technical Planning: Creating, reading, and editing blueprints and construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Project Management: Sourcing materials, placing orders, setting timelines, and supervising on-site installations.
• Collaboration: Working with architects, engineers, and general contractors to implement the design

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools.
• Soft Skills: High creativity, artistic ability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
