Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:-

We are a growing marketing company specializing in lead generation services for multiple clients across industries. We are looking for energetic and target-driven individuals who can generate leads through a combination of outbound calls and social media platforms, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers

● Generate and qualify leads through calling and social media platforms (e.g., messaging, outreach, follow-ups)

● Engage with prospects and create interest in client services

● Maintain and update lead data in system/CRM

● Follow up with prospects regularly

● Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

● Coordinate with internal team for lead handover

Eligibility Criteria :

● Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

● Strong communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)

● Basic computer knowledge

● Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Required Skills:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Convincing and negotiation ability

● Basic understanding of social media usage (chatting, messaging, outreach)

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

● Self-motivated and disciplined (WFH role)
