Job Description
- Sales & Service: Achieve individual and store sales goals by providing personalized, expert advice on frames and lenses to customers.
- Fitting & Adjustments: Measure pupillary distance (PD), fit frames, and adjust glasses for comfort and optical performance.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of lens technologies, coatings, and current eyewear trends.
- Operations & Inventory: Process orders, manage stock, maintain a clean showroom, and update client records in POS/CRM systems.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and manage client orders and service issues
