Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Drive student enrollments and institutional partnerships through field sales, relationship building, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits in schools, colleges, coaching centres, corporates, societies, NGO, BHMS and homeopathy doctors, beauty salons, beauty Parlors of lower and middle level, GYM trainers, yoga centres, physiotherapy, sports academy, fitness academy, dentist and others.
- Conduct in-person meetings, seminars, and presentations to promote courses/programs.
- Build and maintain relationship.
- Convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (events, workshops, education fairs).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide career counselling to prospective students/parents.
- Track competitors and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain CRM updates and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations).
