Job Description

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and offer solutions. 
  • Order Processing: Take orders, process payments (cash, card, etc.), and manage transactions efficiently. 
  • Sales & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and upsell/cross-sell products. 
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock products, and maintain a clean and organized sales counter. 
  • Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. 
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions. 
  • Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
