About DineMatters DineMatters is a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS platform helping restaurants & cafés go digital — with smart menus, WhatsApp ordering, customer loyalty, and marketing tools. We are actively expanding across India and looking for a driven team member to grow with us.

Role: Sales & Customer Success Executive

You will work directly with the founder in a high-ownership role handling end-to-end client lifecycle — from converting leads to ensuring clients are happy and active.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound leads via calls & WhatsApp (from Meta Ads)
  • Explain product features and convert interested restaurants into paying clients
  • Onboard new clients and help them set up their dashboard
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure they're actively using the platform
  • Resolve client queries quickly via WhatsApp/calls
  • Maintain daily lead follow-up and CRM updates

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication in Hindi + English (Gujarati is a bonus)
  • experience in sales, CRM, or customer support
  • Confident on calls with business owners
  • Self-motivated, ownership mindset
  • Interest in SaaS / startups / tech products

Compensation

  • Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
  • Incentives: ₹499–₹799 per client renewal (uncapped)
  • High performers can earn ₹35,000–₹40,000/month by Month 3
